Safety & health is always Harry C. Crooker & Sons top priority - a value that is fundamental to our work ethic. Year after year, our safety performance is right at the top of our industry.

At Crooker's, we believe that every accident and every injury is preventable and we embed that philosophy into every Crooker project through a combination of technical field procedural manuals, safety site inspections, weekly employee generated safety tips and ongoing training programs.

Our safety & health approach includes state-of-the-art data systems, risk management inspections by insurance providers, OSHA and MSHA certification training and a behavior based safety & health program that promotes awareness on a daily basis. Our commitment to zero accidents extends to every aspect of the project from planning to completion. Every employee knows - if it's not safe, don't do it.

We also ask our subcontractors and partners to adopt our commitment to safety and health. All site specific accident prevention plans are shared and all subcontractors attend weekly safety meetings. The result is exceptional safety performance, even in hazardous work environments, severe weather and remote locations.
